Blast in Beirut: Dozens of Deads & Thousands Injured, Minister of Health says

He spoke of a "dangerous warehouse" that had existed since 2014 but said he would not vacate the investigation in advance.
"All the surrounding buildings have collapsed. I am passing through glass and debris everywhere in the dark," a witness near the port told AFP.
The blast was heard 240 kilometers (150 miles) off the eastern Mediterranean island of Cyprus.
